Sharing is Caring

Year 1 students were excited to welcome their friends from Grapongdeang School for a playdate on our campus. Thinking about our Global Citizenship key values, the Year 1 children thrived given the chance to be active stewards of their environment and communities. They thought carefully about helping our younger visitors to feel happy, safe and secure during the play date. There were lots of smiles and even some laughter as the children played alongside each other in a range of activities through the morning. The Grapongdeang children loved the chance to experience what our lucky children have to share every single day. We hope that our Year 1 children have been able to develop a deeper understanding of who we support through our fundraising efforts and how similar we are to them. We hope they have learnt how important it is to share when you have plenty and others have less.
