The Beat Goes On for Year 8 Musicians

Year 8 Musicians are getting back into the swing of things

Year 8 were in Music lessons getting back into practice and honing their collaborative skills. Students were keen to pick up their favourite instruments and start playing. They worked on following leads and staying in sync with each other. From the guitar to the khim, students were plucking and tapping. Unfortunately, the wind instruments are unable to restart due to COVID restrictions but those students were still involved in learning music.

Through the Key Stage 3 Music programme, teachers work with students to develop key musical skills and also encourage their students to learn new instruments.
