University Offers: Grad’21

Vijay Krishnan (Vijay) Murali Krishnan, Ryerson University

Congratulations to Vijay Krishnan Murali Krishnan on his offers from Ryerson University, McMaster University, Carleton University, Western University and the University of Ottawa. Vijay plans to attend Ryerson to study Accounting and Finance.

“Initially, I was torn between Mcmaster and Ryerson. However, as they both provide me with the same type of education and the opportunity for an internship so I decided to choose Ryerson as it is in an excellent location in downtown Toronto.”

I will be studying in the Business field but more particularly, Accounting and Finance. I was drawn to this programme as I felt that being financially literate was extremely important for any individual in the future. Also, I did an internship at an accounting firm and I really enjoyed the type of work.”

“During my time at Bangkok Patana I was the co-president of Hand2Heart, played on the Varsity Badminton team and Junior Varsity Volleyball team. I earned a Silver Certificate in the Thailand Economics Competition and volunteered on a CAS project at a restaurant called BBQ Delight where we provided free meals to hundreds of people over a span of three weeks. Additionally, I have held internships at various companies.”
