Dodgeball Heightens House Rivalry
Dodge if you can!
House competitions are continuing into the end of the term, heightening rivalry for the House who will take the championship with the most points. This week Year 8 students battled it out in the Sports Hall with a furious game of Dodgeball. It wasn’t good enough being quick on your feet; although evading the ball is a good tactic the most kudos go to getting the other team out by tagging them with the ball. As the balls were lined up, Year 8 students crouched down ready to sprint to grab a ball and catch their opponents off guard.
“The games were nothing short of thrilling, filled with intense competition and a whole lot of fun. Students from different houses competed with enthusiasm showcasing their teamwork on the court. After several rounds of exhilarating matches, it was House Chang that came victorious. The event was a fantastic showcase of school spirit and sportsmanship. Congratulations to Chang and all the houses for taking part. Tiger Sports Council team had fun hosting the Interhouse tournament.” – Kulchad (Sheen) Thianthai, Chair of The Tiger Sports Council
