During the carousel of student-led demonstrations on wave behaviour, Year 12 students engaged in an interactive and immersive learning experience. Each student meticulously prepared presentations incorporating practical demonstrations on various wave phenomena such as refraction, diffraction and total internal reflection. With enthusiasm and confidence, they shared their knowledge and expertise with their peers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Following the demonstrations, students embarked on practical data collection activities focused on Snell’s Law, utilising lasers to explore the principles of wave behaviour in action. Through hands-on experimentation, they honed their scientific inquiry skills, collecting and analysing data to deepen their understanding of wave phenomena.
