Patana Pathways – Pang Manavutiveth
Join us in celebrating Grad’23 Patana Pathways!
Oranat (Pang) Manavutiveth wants to develop entrepreneurship and so will be attending Babson College, a specialised business school ranked number one globally. There she also expects to enhance her communication and leadership skills. Pang enjoyed her Business courses throughout her (I)GCSEs, which inspired her to continue focusing on the subject during her IB studies as well. “My business courses have taught me to apply case studies to situations in real life”, she explained. Furthermore, Pang’s role as Co-President of the Cube Care CAT Club also influenced her interest in pursuing business studies by helping her to find herself as a leader.
In her fifteen years at Bangkok Patana, Pang enjoyed playing sports, such as volleyball and badminton. Leading these two teams as Captain, particularly during the SEASAC competitions in both Singapore and Vietnam, is Pang’s proudest achievement. Her favourite memories are of the Residential trips and she also shared that her completion of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award helped her to step out of her comfort zone. As she steps forward on her Patana Pathway, Pang said that she will miss the welcoming Bangkok Patana community and the beautiful campus filled with greenery. That being said, she is looking forward to discovering a new, exciting community at Babson through which she can explore entrepreneurship and embark on her business venture. Congratulations, Pang!
