Sports Day!

Sports Day!

Children in Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 enjoyed a full range of sports to try.

Primary School Sports Days are always a lot of fun for our students as they take to the field to engage in fun and challenging activities. For our Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 students, the determination was evident on their faces as they showed off their prowess and physical coordination in activities ranging from basketball to sack races, field hockey to t-ball; they had a full range of sports to try.

Sports Day builds in children a positive attitude towards exercise and healthy living that we hope will be carried on throughout their school years and into adult life. For Foundation Stage children, the best part was eating the healthy ice lollies they made, and even being able to sell them to the audience of parents and carers. All proceeds from the ice lolly sales go to our Home of Praise charity.
