One of the challenges of Continuing Student Learning is taking breaks and physically moving. Break time has had teachers get creative to show off moves and encourage their students to get moving!

Studies show that 60 minutes of low to moderate exercise daily helps boost the immune system functions and reduce stress. So, get off the computer, get up on your feet and get moving! Use our video below for inspiration!
