It isn’t all lobbing and volleying for our tennis players as they challenge themselves and each other. The Tennis Academy set a series of challenges for them to keep fit and active at home. Younger players showed their agility with explosive strength exercises. Balancing the racket, tapping the ball and throwing and catching skills have also all been part of the programme. Additionally, the Bingo Tennis challenge set physical and tennis exercises for students and parents each week. Of course, the result is our student athletes are honing their tennis skills, even though they cannot be on the courts! The videos they send in are proof of their commitment to tennis and to keeping fit!
