Year 10 Interhouse Volleyball

Year 10 Interhouse Volleyball

Skills development through sport

Year 10 enjoyed a morning of Interhouse volleyball, starting off the year of House Competition in style. Through Interhouse sports, students develop understanding and empathy as playing on teams encourages both teamwork and effective communication. Integrating sport into the academic curriculum also builds practical skills that benefit students’ learning through improved knowledge retention and increased well-being. The House System facilitates connections within the wider Secondary community, with events throughout the year that give students the opportunity to collect points on behalf of their respective House. With the 2023/24 House Competition just getting started, stay tuned throughout the year to watch which House pulls ahead for the final victory!
