Year 4 PE students feel balanced practising yoga.
Year 4 students have been learning different exercises at home as part of PE with many trying out yoga. They follow the video, going through various poses. The children learned to start with the Downward Facing Dog then the Cat-Cow Stretch and finally, the Child’s Pose. Practicing such exercises is an invaluable part of learning. Children take a break from the screen to stretch and move. They gave feedback on their poses, adding that some of them really were a stretch! They are feeling balanced and ready to start a new school week!
