Year 9 Spanish Students Use Real-life Skills

Students translated their Spanish lessons into a delicious meal.

As part of their end of term Spanish Project, students in Year 9 researched and worked together to learn a variety of Hispanic dishes. The students looked for a recipe in Spanish before translating it into English and then preparing a delicious dish. The students not only learned to use the imperative in Spanish but used it in real life applications to make their own lunch.

They finished by sampling all of the dishes which were riquisímos!!
